This webpage is dedicated to my father, Gerald D. (Dick) Hamor ,
on his 80th birthday, 29 June 1998.

Thank you, Dad, for our family trips to Northumberland during my boyhood. The seeds that were planted during those visits have grown into a never-ending search for our family roots. Just as those trips opened the door to genealogical thinking, this webpage opens the door to genealogical findings.
